Maintenance at Canyon Country Club Estados is overseen by Desert Management, under contract with the Estados Homeowners Association Board of Directors. The various maintenance tasks are performed by contractors hired by Desert Management or, in the case of major maintenance functions, hired directly by the Board and managed by Desert Management.
Recently completed major maintenance jobs included replacement of all flat and tile roofs, replacement of exercise machines in the clubhouse, and repair and refinishing of second-story "boardwalk" decks. More preservation projects and improvements are under consideration by the board.
