Canyon Country Club Estados is a 120-unit condominium community situated on approximately 12 acres in the south end of Palm Springs, California.



Annual Meeting: The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Canyon Country Club Estados Homeowners Association will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at 2:00 pm in the Clubhouse.

Board Meeting: The next meeting of the Estados Homeowners Association Board of Directors will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018, at 9 AM, at the Clubhouse.

​Common Area Reminder: A reminder from the Board about the difference between "Common Area" and "Common Area for Exclusive Use".

Water Conservation Report:  The Board hired a consulting firm to advise on water conservation measures, including upgrades to the sprinkler system and changes to landscaping. Its report can be found here.

Rules Changes: The Board has adopted changes to the Association rules and regulations regarding the use of carports, smoking in common areas, acceptable furnishings on patios and decks, and minimum rental periods. Carports may not be used for storage of items other than motor vehicles; other items are subject to removal and disposal. Smoking is now prohibited in the pool and spa areas; in the Clubhouse, billiard room, and fitness area; and in the laundry rooms. Patios and decks may not be used for general storage, and furnishings are limited to typical patio-type furniture. Patios, decks, and front entryways must be kept with a pleasant aesthetic view as seen from the common areas. Units can be rented out only for periods of not less than 30 days.

Satellite Dishes: To avoid damage to buildings and ensure a pleasing aesthetic, the Board has adopted new rules regarding installation of satellite dishes. A $350 refundable deposit is now required.
